I'm on my first of what will hopefully be many visits watching Chelsea-Aston Villa. Food's good. There are TV's all around showing the game. It's a good mix of fans for both teams, and the atmosphere is non-hostile. Will definitely be back for a second visit.

Food was great, big beer selection, staff very friendly and soccer everywhere. Wow. Now they just need a dart board and load speakers with soccer playing. Prices are TOO high. Atmosphere was great.

I think this restaurant is a great addition to KC. With all of the new soccer/futbol teams here and doing so well it is nice to now have a location to gather and watch teams in a similar setting and atmosphere. I cam here for lunch and the service was very good, the food came out quickly and the beers were of good variety. I appreciated their attention to getting different things on tap and in a bottle that I hadn't seen at other places - especially with the sports bar setting. We ordered a few apps to start out meal: the hummus, the "balls", and the loaded fries. The hummus was very good. It was interesting that they were served on a sort of water cracker, but still very good and the highlight of my meal. The balls were really just dough - not too much flavor and required the sauces to really enjoy. I honestly didn't eat the loaded fries, but heard they were pretty good - not as loaded as one would think. We each ordered a different entree ranging from salmon, burgers and grilled chicken. The grilled chicken and salmon were all overdone and pretty dry, but the burger was still bleeding. Everything we ordered could have used some spice of some kind. It may have just been growing pains and I would go back and try them again (just ask for salt). :)

This was my first time here. Good atmosphere. If you like soccer then this a pretty cool place to go watch a game and have some beers. Note I didn't mention cocktails. I've never seen a "margarita" like the one they brought to our table... Server was friendly but notably clueless. The food was terrible, for those of us that were lucky enough to get food (server forgot one order) and it took close to hour to get to the table. Overall its a cool place but it's poorly run

Great atmosphere for soccer and good brews. Private room for parties and good staff. Definitely coming back

Fine little restaurant. Service was excellent, and you can't beat $1.95 beers on Wednesdays. Wife got the ham sandwich which I stole half of. Pretty simple, but there was just something about it. Thick, warm ham slices. The way the steam affected the toast. Dat smoky cheese. Damn good. I got the meatball sub, which was satisfactory (it's difficult to mess up, or make incredible, a meatball sub). And we got the dough balls for an app. They were good, but I was left wanting. Like they were begging for some sort of cheese, either as a dipping sauce or embedded somehow. Or maybe I'm just a cheese freak. And of course if soccer is your thing, this place will soon be your second home. Everything from the name of the restaurant down to the appetizers is soccer-oriented. Good times!

It's a bar....not a culinary experience. Can't wait to go back for a SKC game...I like the energy level of this place for a bar.

My husband and I took our three teenage boys to this restaurant, it used to be an Irish pub and they added some tv's to make it sporty. We had the chili cheese waffle fries as an app, they were just ok, nothing to write home about. The kids and my husband all had burgers, and I had a turkey club, again, just ok...nothing spectacular. The bill was around $75 for the five of us, probably not really worth the price.

I was VERY disappointed in this establishment. The premise is great & I was very impressed by the décor but the service & food didn't even come close to measuring up. We were there with friends & my husband and I didn't receive our food until almost an HOUR after the rest of the people at our table (and then not even at the same time, mine arrived about 20 minutes ahead of his even tho we'd both ordered the same thing). There was no apology, no explanation and the waiter was downright rude when we tried to ask when we would receive our food. None of our drink glasses were NEVER refilled, in spite of requests. The food itself was so-so at best. The cole slaw MIGHT have been good but it was impossible to tell as there was less than 2 tablespoons of it served in itsy bitty condiment dishes. The fish was dry & flavorless. And the chips tasted like they'd been fried in old oil. None of the rest of our group was satisified with the food or service either & we were all very disappointed in what we'd hoped to be a great experience.

I went to the Futbol Club on Friday, April 19th with a group of people for dinner. Overall, service was great, food was ok. I got the Salmon sandwich. It was over cooked so it was dry. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The flavor was okay. I got the "shoe string" fries as a side. They were NOT shoe string or skinny fries at all. They were regular sized fries. I mean they weren't steak cut (thick) fries but I was looking forward to "skinny" fries. Plus they were a little bland. We also got the chips and dip as an appetizer. It was ok. I liked the garlic aoili and the other sauce but the chips were a bit plain. The drink selection is ok. They have more in bottles but there wasn't a list yet so it was kinda hard to decide what to get. It looks like they have some pretty good drink specials. I think I got a 32oz for the price of a 16oz that night. Someone at our table ordered a small pizza and when it came it was HUGE. Later, we were told that they delivered to the wrong table. The wrong pizza was a large or x-large and it had bacon on it. I had a slice and it was delicious. I definitely will go back and try it again. Maybe in a month or two after they figure out their food.

My daughter and I have been going here since they opened. We've talked up the place since we are huge soccer fans and love being around others who actually get it. A few months ago we came for the Merseyside Derby and were told my 16 year old daughter couldn't sit at the bar, it's against the law. We all know it isn't. Especially since she's sat there many times. I tried to talk to the manager before I left but he was too busy to speak with me. We connected on Twitter at a later time. They apologized and we tried again. Came in today, the same manager greeted me by my first name, which I've never given him, telling me they were doing something different for the World Cup. Minors and people with them would be segregated to the back. She's not 7, for heaven's sake, she's a senior in High School. I asked if people were even back there he said yes. Went back there and there were two teenage boys and that was all. We were seated in a corner. The main room wasn't even 1/8th full. I was told it was for the whole World Cup and to keep the rowdy soccer fans separate from the children. Well, we are rowdy soccer fans and don't want to be put in a corner. We've been loyal customers but since we don't buy copious amounts of alcohol we have been treated poorly, again. You might like it for awhile but don't bring anyone with you who is under 21. We won't be back and will be spring their competitors.

I love that there is a "proper" futbol club/pub in Kansas and that it's so close to my house. That's why it gets two stars. In theory the place is great: showing premier soccer and, I hope, World Cup action come summer. I also love that, in theory, they offer "proper" English breakfast options. However, I would really like to keep going back, especially when my futbol fanatic friends come in from out of town. I would love to take pride in showing off this cool find to others. That being said, I'm asking the management to hire real servers that actually know the menu and are happy to work there and, well, serve?

Tried to go eat there at 12:35 for lunch on a Saturday. Sat at a booth for 15 minutes and no one helped the three of us at all. Two bartenders never left the bar even when we went and got our own menus. Walked out without being able to try anything. Expect them to shut down based this lack of service.

Now I'm on the fence with Futbol Club. I LOVE the atmosphere and generally the food is good. But on 6/1/14 I ordered a salad and it came out made completely wrong. I'm going to give the manager props for taking it off my bill, but I felt I had to "sell" him on the idea. I mean, c'mon man... It's a $10 salad that your kitchen botched. Just make it go away and I'll come back soon.

This place has so much potential...it really does...but, at the current state, I was incredibly disappointed. Walking in, the atmosphere was great, TVs lined the entire place, people were eating and drinking and looked like they were having a great time. There's a patio outside that looks like a great place to enjoy a beverage or two. The waitress came over, we were picking drinks and she tells us that they only have what is on the back..she thinks. I asked her a couple questions if they had this or that...she says she doesn't know. We pick our tried and true and go to the food menu. Food choices sound great. I got the tacos and my so got the fries and a burger. Drinks went empty...waitress walked by, stood in the kitchen, walked by a few more times, nothing. We tried getting her attention, but didn't get it til our food was ready. My tacos were cold...rice had great flavor, but was also cold. Beans were lukewarm (HEY! WOO)...but waitress disappeared after we got our food, so I just ate it. Everything tasted great...but would've really liked it to be a good temperature to fully enjoy it. Think I'll skip this one next time

First time here: Waited approx. 15 min for a server to greet us, and only got service because I had to get up and go to hostess station to ask her for a server. Not to mention it was dead in there. The bartender ended up waiting on us, even though we did not sit at the bar. he was friendly, but kinda clueless about things. Food was good, what you'd expect from a typical sports bar. Overall, it seems like there is bad management. Food is good but probably not going back there. Service is half of the experience and it just wasn't there at this place.

The Kids and I were out about 8p.m. last night and was looking for someplace to eat. This place has been on my list of places to try for a while, so thought we would give it a shot. We walk in and the place was pretty dead, especially for a Friday night. There was load techno music playing over head. This didn't bother me too much, but thought that it was kinda weird telling that the clientele was 3 tables of families with young children, including my own, and a table of old guys trying to enjoy their beer. We were greeted and seated right away. The wait staff was very friendly, and took our order right away. My daughter and I shared the fish and chips and then my younger daughter got the kids chicken tenders. As I looked around I began to feel sad. This place seems to have so much potential, but has no edge. This is just another bar and grill in a strip mall. Nothing that really stands out to make you want to come here. As we were eating, a D.J was setting up in the corner and started to play around 8:30. Why a D.J would be scheduled for a place like this is beyond me. The layout of the place is not suited for such. They started to play the same type of music that had been playing overhead, but quickly got the clue that this was not that type of crowd, and switched it up. The food while seemed to be fresh enough, was a little bland and your typical bar food. I'm honestly surprised that this place has lasted as long as it has...... maybe business picks up around soccer season? This place needs to find something that will make people want to come here..... and the view of the DSW shoe store across the street is not it, LOL!

I also agree this place is the pits. Have been twice and won't make that mistake again. First time was ok, but the kitchen closed before I could order dinner and nobody told me. Second time, World Cup game was on - some booths were filled but not busy by any means. And they took away their happy hour!!! Im sorry, USA was not playing... I was pissed to see I was charged $6/beer and this is something the waitress should have said when we sat down. This place is losing tons of business bc management is awful. I had a burger and should be thankful I didn't get food poisoning like some previous reviewers posted! Yikes! And truth be told, Applebee's burgers are much better!!

I have really enjoyed my several visits to this soccer-centric restaurant/bar. I am pleased to say that I've never had a bad experience, and I look forward to future visits. While I have ordered several items off the menu, one stands out as just plain delicious--Dicso Fries. Get this! They start with waffle fries, top them with brown gravy and pot roast, they add some delicious cheese and jalapenos. I'm a fan of poutine in Canada, but this Americanized version works as a very pleasant substitute. FC has a great beer selection. If you go during an SKC match, they bring blue shots around when they score a goal. So, visit when we play Chivas or some other lackluster team for some added fun.

This is hands down my favorite bar in town. Great beer selection, servers and bartenders are all friendly and professional, and the food rocks. If you're not heading to the stadium for a Sporting KC game, you should go here to watch. Also, they have the best happy hour deals in town.

I stopped in here right after work with some coworkers for their happy hour. We were very excited to see that they have $1.95 pints and 1/2 price apps from 3-6pm. We arrived around 5pm, and there were only 3 other people in the whole restaurant. We looked over their draft list. They have about 23 options, which is impressive. They have the typical Boulevards and domestics, but seeing as they were under $2, I decided to go with something new. They were out of the beer I wanted to try, Honkers Pale Ale, so I asked the waitress what she recommended and she pointed out the Black Butte Porter. I told her porters really weren't my favorite and didn't want anything too dark, but she insisted it wasn't and said I wouldn't be disappointed. Wrong. This was the darkest beer I've ever had, darker than a normal porter, which obviously the waitress didn't understand my dislike for dark beer. I appreciate her recommendation, but when a customer says they don't want anything too dark and you offer the darkest beer on your tap list, that's not cool. But, I decided to drink it (after all it was only 2 dollars). We ordered some apps: Hummus, Nachos & Cheese Fries We were very impressed with the food. We loved all 3 apps. The hummus only came with about 4 crackers (wth?) so we had to ask for more. The Nachos were loaded with tons of toppings and the cheese fries were crispy & well seasoned. We gobbled everything up! And I think the fact that they were 1/2 price made them even tastier :). When we all got our checks, it seems the waitress forgot to give us the happy hour prices for our beers. After pointing out her mistake, she ended up comping all our beers so we only ended up paying for about $13 worth of food between us. Not a bad deal, besides the service. My second time visiting was a little different. I'm in charge of my company's happy hours that we plan a couple times a year. Since I'm on a budget and this place has such good prices, I thought it would be perfect. I made the reservation for their party room in October a month before our party. We didn't need to make a deposit, which was nice. So, a couple of days before the date, I called to confirm the reservation. I was told we were bumped to the smaller room because a larger party needed the bigger room and offered to put a deposit down in order to seal the deal. I was furious. We made the reservation weeks before the other party and was told a deposit wasn't necessary. If a deposit would have held the room for us, I would have gladly obliged. Also, the room they were putting us in wasn't even big enough, so we had to add more tables to the outside of the room in order to accommodate our group. The worst part was their apology. Almost like they were saying "sorry, but we did what we had to to make money". Yes, it made more sense for the larger party to take the larger room. But what's the point of a reservation if we're just going to get kicked out? I really wanted to cancel and find another happy hour location. But, it was too late to find another place, so I sucked it up. I placed our food order the day before and ordered several appetizers. I requested that 1/2 be brought out at 4pm & the other 1/2 at 6pm. I also called to make sure they had enough staff on hand to handle both parties at once. We all arrived at 3pm and filled up the tiny room pretty fast and started to spill out onto the "outer" tables. The waiters immediately gave us some menus and took our drink orders and they came out pretty quick. So far so good. At about 3:10pm the food came out. Ugh. No one really was hungry at that point (which is why I told them to wait until at least 4pm) so most of the 1st round apps went untouched and were cold by the time anyone went to try them. For the next couple of hours the service wasn't that bad. It took about 5 min to get a drink each time. Not too bad for a large party. But then my boss ordered a Miller Light bottle. Waitress came back, forgot it, so he asked her again. Waitress left, came back, no Miller Light. He asks for a third time and the waitress snaps at him and says "what do you want me to do, I'm very busy". Wow. He proceeded to tell her it was a bottle and can be popped open in 2 seconds and should not take 25 minutes. Needless to say, she was kicked off our services for the rest of the night. Didn't even get an apology. Unbelievable. By that time we were ready for the rest of the apps. We had Garlic Balls, Hummus, Wings, Nachos & Pulled Pork Fries. Again, all of the food was really good. No complaints. When we got our check, the total was great. But, looking through the items, there were a few things miss-priced. They were nice enough to extend their happy hour pricing an extra hour for us, which we were very grateful for. But we still have to fix the issues on the check. Overall, it was a rough experience. The only time I would go back would be for their HH. But I will not be expecting good service.

Great place to watch Footy and have beer. They have great drink specials at 3pm $1.95 drafts. Plate of chips is $3. Great service and atmosphere.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations.
